Abstract:
PURPOSE: To eliminate a need for regulation of the position of a ceramic base sheet by a method wherein positioned ceramic base sheets are superposed with each other to form a copper-lined ceramic base sheet, which is fed on a base sheet protection material placed on a charge conveyor.
CONSTITUTION: Ceramic base sheets in three cassette 5 in which a ceramic base sheet 2 and lower and upper copper sheets 3 and 4 are individually contained in a laminated state are raised from the lower side thereof. The ceramic base sheet is received from one sucking unit arranged above the cassette 5 and positioned. The positioned ceramic base sheets are laminated to each other to form a copper-lined ceramic base sheet 1 on a base sheet receiving bed 9. Base sheet protection materials 12 are fed and placed on a charge conveyor 11, which charges the copper-lined ceramic base sheets 1, with a distance therebetween. The copper-line ceramic base sheet 1 is fed and placed on the base sheet protection material 12, placed on the charge conveyor 11, from the base sheet receiving bed 9.
