CONSTITUTION: The device is provided with a line control section 8 replying a phone call from a job hunter, a signal analysis section 10 connecting to the line control section 8 to analyze various operation signals and data signals from the job hunter, an enterprise guidance storage section 13 storing job offer requirement data of plural job offerers, a voice file storage section 11 storing a message urging the entry of interview data comprising the age, sex, telephone number and interview desired date of the job hunter, a voice transmission section 12 sending data in the enterprise guidance storage section 13 storing job offer requirement data of plural job offerers and the voice file storage section 11 to the job hunter, and an interview data storage section 15 storing individually the interview data. When the signal analysis section 10 analyzes an enterprise selection operation signal of the job hunter, a prescribed job offer requirement condition in the enterprise guidance storage section 13 is sent to the job hunter and when the section 10 analyzes an interview desiring operation signal from the job hunter, a message in the voice file storage section 11 is sent to the job hunter, the inputted interview data are stored individually to the interview data storage section 15 and an idle state of the interview desiring date is confirmed and the result is sent to the job hunter.
