SOLUTION: Near the connection site between an outdoor machine 1 and piping 4a and 4b of outward and inward paths, while the channel of piping connection ports 1a and 1b of the outdoor machine 1, or the channels 4a and 4b of the piping of the outward and inward paths are being closed, a cooling medium for washing is circulated to the piping 4a and 4b of the outward and inward paths being connected to the indoor machine 1 for washing the inside of the piping 4a and 4b, and the cooling medium for washing is collected from the inside of the piping 4a and 4b after the washing inside the piping 4a and 4b is completed.
