Abstract:
To provide a method of drawing out a solidified catalyst, which method is effective for attaining shortening of working time, safety, and environmental safeguard.
Hollow holes are formed from a first lower nozzle 42-1 and a second lower nozzle 42-2 attached to the lower part of a reactor 10, and into the formed hollow holes, a first jet nozzle 44-1 and a first discharge nozzle 46-1 and a second jet nozzle 44-2 and a second discharge nozzle 46-2 are inserted respectively. And high pressure water flows 24 are jetted from the first jet nozzle 44-1 and the second jet nozzle 44-2 to pulverize a solidified catalyst 12, and the pulverized catalyst is discharged from a first discharge nozzle 28 and a second discharge nozzle.
