Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system in which films, such as photosensitive material films, can be continuously attached and duplicated to a substrate surface, such as a hologram original, and which can be exfoliated therefrom.
SOLUTION: The system comprises a film feed section 32 for feeding the films 1, a film attaching section 37 for attaching the films 1 fed continuously, to the film attaching substrate 35, a film exfoliating section 37 for continuously exfoliating the attached films from the substrate, and a film take-up section 43 for taking up the exfoliated films, and eliminates the inclusion of air bubbles etc., at the time of laminating the films 1 to the substrate 35. Also, exfoliation unevenness, such as stripes, will not occur at exfoliating of the films from the substrate 35. The present invention is suitable for a hologram duplicating apparatus, rugged relief duplicating apparatus, microspecimen sample manufacturing apparatus, etc.
