Title:
METHOD AND EQUIPMENT FOR STICKING FILM
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3721231
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stick a film on a base continuously and surely without causing a bubble or a rumple, even when the film is thin.
SOLUTION: In film sticking equipment 10, a laminate film 18 is thermocompresion-bonded continuously by lamination rolls 16A and 16B on the upper surface of a base 14 carried intermittently along a base feeding line 12 and, on the downstream side of this process, a part 19 of the laminate film 18 between the opposite end faces 14A and 14B of the adjacent bases is cut off in the direction of the width of the film by a cutter device 20 traveling synchronously with the base 14. A pair of disk cutters 24A and 24B of the cutter device 20 gets in between the end faces 14A and 14B from below the line and conducts cutting in such a manner that it presses the laminate film 18 against a cutter stage 38.
