PURPOSE: To decrease a document amount and lighten the burden on a user by providing a storage part consisting of a which has a memory speed and large-capacity performance and a controller having a means which performs control by sending and receiving information.
CONSTITUTION: The controller 1 is connected to the electronic measuring instrument 11 by signal circuits 8-10 which perform various commanding and control. Further, the controller 1 is connected to a technical maintenance center 7, etc., through a computer communication line 6. Namely, the controller 1 consists of the storage part 3 consisting of the large-capacity, fast memory as a medium for storing and outputting various information, a control part for the connection with the computer communication line 6, and a system control part 4 which controls the whole system. Then, the careful and speedy offer of information to users which has been limited when document and figure data are vast in amount, is enabled by employing the large-capacity, fast memory. Further, since rich information can be utilized at a high speed, images and sounds can be used in abundance in addition to characters.
