Abstract:
PURPOSE: To reduce the physical burden of a worker at the time of the O-ring fitting work, which is manually performed in the conventional method, by utilizing a fitting plate to evenly fit an O-ring to the bottom surface of a pressurizing board.
CONSTITUTION: An O-ring fitting groove la corresponding to an 0-ring fitting groove 3a of a pressurizing board 3 is provided on the top surface of a fitting plate 1. An O-ring 4 is fitted in the O-ring fitting groove 1a. The fitting plate 1 is pressed by the pressurizing board 3 so as to fit the O-ring 4 in the O-ring fitting groove 3a of the pressurizing board 3.
