Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a method for forming a composite braided cord having high energy absorptivity by forming a composite braided cord with yarns and a braided cord containing bent yarns.
CONSTITUTION: This braided cord forming method comprises the supply of a braided cord (e) formed by a subsidiary braider Bs to a main braider Bm and the interlocking of the braided cord by the main braider with yarns (y) supplied from a bobbin carrier C to form a composite braided cord.
