PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for smoothly advancing reversing by sufficiently heating a reversing part 5 of a pipe to give flexibility thereto when the pipe is formed in a pipeline by a reversing technique using a thermoplastic synthetic resin pipe such as polyethylene.
SOLUTION: A drawing member 10 is passed through the flexible pipe and the pipe is reversed by a fluid pressure caused by a heated and pressurized fluid so as to make the inside become to the outside to form the reversing part 5. The heated and pressurized fluid is made to flow in along the drawing member 10 from a free end of the pipe, and while the heated and pressurized fluid is made to spout from the reversing part 5, the drawing member 10 projected from the reversing part 5 is drawn through the pipeline 1, and the reversing part 5 is advanced in the pipeline 1 to arrange the pipe in the pipeline 1.
