Abstract:
To reduce the strain due to stress or the effect of a curl, in a method for forming three-dimensional matter at every layer from a fluidized medium reacted with a beam to be cured, and an apparatus therefor.
When one layer among a plurality of the continuous layers of the three-dimensional matter is formed, only a part in the cross-sectional shape corresponding to one layer is cured at a level ensuring the adhesion to a just under layer and the remaining part is left in an uncured layer or a state cured at a weaker level. Thereafter, in the formation of a layer formed later, the part left in the uncured state or a state cured at a weaker level is cured in a level ensuring the adhesion of a just under layer along with the upper part thereof.
