Abstract:
To provide a film which effectively exhibits water repellency, oil repellency and its manufacturing method.
The film is allowed to have an irregular structure reproduced with a hydrophobic polymer on its surface, and in the irregular surface of the film, the ratio of the particle entire area (the area of projections/the entire area) is 30-99%, and the height of an irregularity is 0.2-2 μm, the width of a projection is 0.5-3 μm, and the width of a recess is 0.5-3 μm.
