To provide an inexpensive method for obtaining a favorable film having functionality that satisfies requirements by impact-sintering and coating at low temperatures, in which when a ceramics film is produced by impact-sintering and coating, using ceramics powder, a flame temperature becomes from 15000°C to 30000°C in plasma spraying, a flame temperature becomes from 2200°C to 3400°C in conventional flame spraying, and a film transformed from sprayed powder or a film whose composition is changed is obtained by easily melting, sublimating, and degrading the powder.
Unlike the conventional flame spraying, a film having required functional characteristics and adhesion properties is obtained by, after a combustion chamber of a gun, spraying combustion gas and slurry fine powder from a feed nozzle toward a shaft of a flame, controlling a temperature of ceramics fine powder that is present in the flame through adjusting the amount of oxygen introduced into the combustion chamber and the amount of the combustion gas introduced from the feed nozzle, increasing the speed of combustion product gas, and applying impact-sintering and coating.
