With respect to a plurality of distribution rollers 13 for distributing a plurality of yarns Y that are wound around godet rollers to a plurality of bobbins, one drive motor is provided. An endless drive belt 25 is wound around across pulleys 24 that are provided on each rotation axis 21 of the plurality of distribution rollers 13, a pulley that is provided on a rotation axis of the drive motor, and the like. A ball bearing 22 is interposed between the distribution roller 13 and the rotation axis 21. The ball bearing 22 has a low rotational resistance and transfers from the rotation axis 21 to the distribution roller 13 the minimum driving force required for the distribution roller 13 around which yarns Y are not wound to rotate against an air resistance that acts on the distribution roller 13.
