Abstract:
To provide a method for interfering with the flight behavior of a harmful insect, which is capable of interfering with the flight behavior of the harmful insect sprayed with an aerosol so as to prevent the aerosol from being uselessly applied and besides is desirable from the viewpoint of environmental hygiene.
The method for interfering with the flight behavior of a harmful insect comprises spraying a harmful insect control aerosol comprising a stock solution containing an insecticide and a solvent and a propellant so as to apply an effective amount of the solvent within one second to the insect to interfere with the flight behavior of the insect sprayed with the aerosol.
