PURPOSE: To bring a substance to be labeled into reaction with an N-substd. or c-substd. macrocyclic amine deriv. and to label the resulted compd. by adding pertechnetate-99m, etc., and the reducing agent thereof to this compd.
CONSTITUTION: The substance to be labeled (e.g.: an antibody, monoclonal antibody, protein, enzyme, sugar, hormone, polymer) is brought into reaction with the compd. of formula I and/or formula II [R1 to R7 are H, alkyl, aryl, etc.; (m), (n), (o), (p), (f), (h), (i), (j) are (l) to 4; (g) is 0 to 4; Y is -XNH2, -XNCS, -XCOOH, -OXH, -XZ (Z is halogen; X is alkylene, phenylene, etc.)] and the resulted compd. is labeled by adding the pertechnetate-99m, perrhenate-104 or -188 and the reducing agent the same to the compd. The above method is applied to a test kit for detecting tumors, etc.
