Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To ensure that each layer of a fiber substrate group composed of fiber substrates used for fiber reinforced resin molding by resin injection method is sufficiently impregnated with a resin.SOLUTION: In a plurality of fiber substrates 20 each being a raw material that has arranged fiber bundles 21 and constitutes a fiber reinforced resin together with a resin, when the fiber bundles 21 are continuously laminated one upon another in the same direction, the fiber substrates 20 are integrated together in a state in which the position of a boundary part 21B between the fiber bundle 21 and the fiber bundle 21 adjacent to each other in the arrangement direction is matched between the fiber substrates 20.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
