Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a hollow blade of a turbine engine, made of a TA6V-type titanium alloy, capable of the additional work of parts forming due to unrisky torsion inducing a buckling type undulatory motion along a central fibrous structure, and a multiple operating press furnace in combination.
SOLUTION: A long fibrous structure in an element is secured, namely, as adjusting a deformative speed so as to have various fibrous structures of the element extended by a distrubution controlled at both sides of a central fibrous structure, this method comprises a hot-forming job by means of isothermally forming a blade 9 at a temperature within 700°C to 940°C under the action between at least two punches 46 and one hole-down 45 to lock this blade 9 placed on a forming die 21.
