Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a light deflector capable of defining the resonance frequency of a structure due to an actuator and a mirror unit to a desired frequency without changing the size of the light deflector.SOLUTION: A method for manufacturing a light deflector A1 is provided with a resonance frequency definition step of, while maintaining the thickness and the longitudinal length of each of piezoelectric cantilevers 31-35, defining a resonance frequency f of a structure due to outside piezoelectric actuators 101, 102 and mirror units 1, 2a, 2b, 81, 82, 9 by defining widths W1-W5 of each of the piezoelectric cantilevers 31-35 within a range in which the sizes of the outside piezoelectric actuators 101, 102 are maintained.
