To eliminate the necessity of a foam removing step in a 2P method, to make the film thickness of an intermediate layer uniform, to eliminate the necessity of post-processing without any burr of an ultraviolet cured resin overflowing on a disk outer periphery, and to prevent an increase in cost caused by the use of a resin stamper.
An ultraviolet cured resin is coated uniformly on an optical recording layer 11, ultraviolet rays UV are radiated to cure the ultraviolet cured resin, and accordingly the intermediate layer 12 is formed. The stamper 21 presses the cured intermediate layer 12 from above with predetermined pressure PR. By this stamping step, a recessed and projected pattern is transferred to the layer 12. The stamper 21 is separated from the layer 12. The layer 12 made of the ultraviolet cured resin is in a cured state by irradiation with ultraviolet rays, but the recessed and projected pattern is transferred to the surface of the layer 12 by pressing. Further, a second optical recording layer 13 is formed on the layer 12, and a light transmissive protective layer 14 is formed on the second optical recording layer 13.
