To manufacture a total rubber tire by a relatively simple method with a waste tire as a raw material.

The method for manufacturing the total rubber tire with the waste tire as the raw material comprises the steps of separating and removing metal pieces or a crushed powder containing the metal pieces from the crushed powder of the waste tire 20 having one side of 0.1 to 0.5 mm or preferably 0.1 to 0.2 mm, adding a binder or a binder and a foaming agent and/or a kneaded rubber to the crushed powder after removing the pieces or the crushed powder containing the pieces, and manufacturing a crushed rubber powder mixture. The method further comprises the steps of pressurizing, press injecting and filling the crushed rubber powder mixture to be cast in a mold, heating the mixture in the mold, foaming, molding and vulcanizing the mixture to manufacture the total rubber tire.
