Abstract:

To provide a method for manufacturing a transfer decorative sheet with no strip-like defect due to entrapped air bubble.

The method for manufacturing the transfer decorative sheet includes a printing step of performing printing by using a gravure printing machine which has: a dam portion to retain the liquid surface position of the circulating ink in the ink pan for adhesively providing ink to the rotating gravure printing plate cylinder; an ink supply port and an ink supply tube on the side of the printing plate cylinder of the ink pan; and an ink discharge port on the outside of the dam portion to discharge the ink flowing over the dam into the ink tank. The method characteristically sets the supply speed of the circulating ink at 10-30 L per minute and the volume of the ink pan at 3-10 L.
