Title:
METHOD OF PLACING CONCRETE
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3218516
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To reduce temperature stress by placing cooled concrete to a part of a mass concrete, and then, placing uncooled concrete.
CONSTITUTION: Ground A is formed of concrete, stone, etc., and uncooled concrete 2 is placed up to 2/3 of the height of the whole thereon. Directly after that, for example, by a sand precool method, liquid nitrogen and sand are knealed with a stirring wing to provide heat cold of liquid nitrogen for sand as aggregate to prepare cooled concrete 3, and it is placed. The cooled concrete, compared with the uncooled concrete, has a higher rate of rise in temperature and a higher rate of expansion, so that inside stress can be reduced by placing the cooled concrete to a part easy to generate tensile stress of the mass concrete.
