Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a method for positioning adjustable minute parts with high accuracy at a short period in positioning the minute parts set to a main body through an arm.
CONSTITUTION: Since thermal stress is generated when the arm 4 to which minute parts are set is irradiated with laser beam, the parts of the arm 4 irradiated with laser beam receive plastic deformation. The amount of this plastic deformation can be controlled exceedingly accurately by selecting the laser condition optimally. In other words, the minute parts 3 set to the arm 4 can move vertically in a small range. In this way, when the final positioning of the minute parts is performed, high-accuracy positioning can be carried out.
