Abstract:
To provide a shape change prediction method of a press-formed product, predicting a shape change with the lapse of time of a press-formed product curved in plan view.SOLUTION: A shape change prediction method of a press-formed product is for predicting a shape change due to stress relaxation with the lapse of time after springback at the moment of release from a metallic mold, with respect to a press-formed product 1 which has a top plate part 3 and a vertical wall part 7 continuous from the top plate part 3 via a punch shoulder R part 5, and a curved shape in plan view. The method includes steps of: (S1) a step of acquiring by springback analysis a shape and residual stress of the press-formed product 1 just after springback; (S3) a step of setting a value of stress more relaxed and reduced than the residual stress just after springback, with respect to the whole or partial part of the press-formed product 1 just after springback; and (S5) a step of obtaining a shape in which moments of force are balanced, with respect to the press-formed product 1 whose relaxed and reduced stress value is set.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
