Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To cope with the variation of length of an article with one common press die even in a case of changing the length of the article formed with pressing from a band like metal plate into many kinds of length, and to improve the productivity and the dimensional precision of press work.
SOLUTION: As a press die to execute plural press processes #1 to ξ3, a pair of fixing dies 33, 34 and a pair of movable moving dies 31, 32 are provided, at least a part of plural punches and dies 31a to 34d provided on the fixing does 33, 34 and the moving dies 31, 32 is formed so as to move up and down, by combining the positional regulation of the moving dies 31, 32 and increasing or decreasing of the number of punches and dies to execute pressing, even if the length of pressing objective article is changed into many kinds of length, the article pressing can be finished with one pressing die.
