Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an image superior in cyan hue and small in color mixing an superior in image quality by processing the silver halide color photographic sensitive material containing a specified cyan coupler by using a color developing solution containing a specified compound.
SOLUTION: The silver halide color photographic sensitive material containing the cyan coupler having a pyrrolotriazole type structure represented by the formula is processed with the color developing solution containing a sulfinic acid derivative represented by RSO2M, R being an alkyl or cycloalkyl group or the like, and M being an H or alkali metal atom, and in the above- mentioned formula, one of Ra and Rb is -N= and the other is -C(R3)=; each of R1 and R2 is an electron with-drawing group having a Hammett's substituent constant σp of ≥0.2, the sum of the σp of both is ≥0.65; R3 an H atom or a substituent; and X is an H atom or a group to be released by coupling reaction with the oxidation product of the color developing agent.
