To provide an alcoholic beverage (liqueurs) having flavor of fermented malt beverage, obtained by mixing fermented malt beverage having low alcoholic degree, e.g. beer or sparkling liquor with a distilled alcohol having high alcoholic degree, e.g. a distilled wine such as low-class distilled spirits or vodka, having sharp taste and mellowness and having well-balanced flavor, and to provide a method for producing the alcoholic beverage.
In the method for producing a distilled alcohol-containing alcoholic beverage having flavor of fermented malt beverage, a kneading step of mixing a fermented malt beverage with a distilled alcohol and kneading the fermented malt beverage with the distilled alcohol in the presence of yeast to produce the distilled alcohol-containing alcoholic beverage having flavor of fermented malt beverage in which sharp taste is made to match with mellowness.
