Title:
METHOD FOR PRODUCING ETHYLENE AMINES
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2015093872
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method capable of producing ethylene amines with further improved production efficiency by reducing energy consumption.SOLUTION: There is provided a method for producing ethylene amines which comprises: a step of obtaining a product containing ethylene amines and ammonium chloride by ammonolysis of an ethylene chloride; a step of precipitating sodium chloride particles by neutralization reaction of the ammonium chloride by adding a sodium hydroxide aqueous solution having a concentration of 30 to 80 wt.% (W/V) to the product; a step of recovering the precipitated sodium chloride particles by solid-liquid separation; and a step of purifying the liquid recovered by the solid-liquid separation to recover ethylene amines.
