In an embodiment, a production process of a graphene film comprises following five steps: a graphene growth step S02; a temporary support film forming step S04; a transition metal substrate removal step S06; a sticking step S08; and a temporary support film removal step S10. In the sticking step of these steps, a laminate of the resin temporary support film and graphene is stuck to a substrate surface while at least graphene is expanded in an in-plane direction of a film surface of the laminate. Subsequently the resin temporary support film is removed in the temporary support film removal step. In another embodiment, an expanded and transferred graphene film is also provided.
