To provide a method for efficiently assaying endocrine disrupting action passing through absorption/metabolic process in an organism of a chemical substance.

This method for producing inducing cell P450 in which metabolic enzyme P450 is highly expressed comprises treating an animal cell with a mixed solution containing at least two kinds of metabolic enzyme cytochrome P450 inducers. The obtained cell has a hormone receptor gene and a reporter gene linked to the downstream of a transcription control domain containing a hormone response sequence combined with the hormone receptor. By the cell, endocrine disrupting action passing through a metabolic process of a chemical substance by the same cell can continuously be assayed. Endocrine disrupting action passing through absorption/metabolic process of a chemical substance can continuously and efficiently be assayed by a complex culture system of the obtained cell and a cell having absorption function of the chemical substance.
