Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a lightweight cellular concrete corner panel, in the production of a lightweight cellular concrete corner panel (ALC corner panel), fixing a reinforcing bar arranged at the inside of a flask under stability higher than the conventional one, thus further improving the quality of the ALC corner panel.SOLUTION: When a reinforcing bar 2 for reinforcement for a lightweight cellular concrete corner panel is installed in a flask for hardening, a set pin 1 used for fixing the reinforcing bar 2 for reinforcement to a prescribed position at the inside of the flask is composed so as to include: a shaft member 11 made of a strip material; a pair of members 12 for holding made of a floating stop pawl 121 and a sinking stop pawl 122 formed in a form projecting toward one direction vertical to the axial direction of the shaft member 11; and one auxiliary floating stop pawl 13 formed in a form projecting toward the direction opposite to the one direction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
