Abstract:
The present invention relates to a production method including step 1 of using a specified organic hydroxy compound (1) and a phosphating agent (2) at a specified ratio and adding the phosphating agent (2) to a reaction system containing the organic hydroxy compound (1), the temperature of the reaction system is kept at 0°C to 100°C from the start to the end of the addition of the phosphating agent (2), and step (II) of using the polymerizable phosphate composition obtained in the step (I) and containing the phosphate and the polymerization inhibitor in such a condition that they are heated to a predetermined temperature to undergo a polymerization reaction to obtain a phosphate polymer.
