To provide a three-dimensional processing method for veneer which prevents the recovery of wood in a veneer forming process in a veneer producing method for processing softened, compressed wood into veneer and the three-dimensional processing method for the veneer to three-dimensionally process the curved surface of the produced veneer.

The veneer producing method comprises a compression process in which the softened wood is pressurized/compressed from the side surface side and provisionally fixed under first temperature conditions and a veneer forming process in which the compressed wood is softened under second temperature conditions to form the veneer. The temperature of the first temperature conditions is set up to be higher than the temperature of the second temperature conditions. In the three-dimensional processing method for the veneer, the veneer is pressurized/molded in the three-dimensional directions while being made to recover.
