Title:
METHOD FOR QUANTIFYING HUMAN PROLYLHYDROXYLASE BY RADIOACTIVE IMMUNOASSAY
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPS6239772
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To quantify human pH by radioactive immunoassay, by using a monoclonal antibody to human pH as at least one of an antibody to be bonded to a solid phase carrier and an antibody having to receive a radioactive element marker.

CONSTITUTION: In order to quantify human pH, a standard solution of human pH and a specimen are used to be reacted with a solid phase carrier having an antibody bonded thereto. Subsequently, an unreacted substance is removed while the reaction product is washed and an anti-human pH antibody having a radioactive element marker imparted thereto is added to said reaction product to perform reaction. After the unreacted radioactive element marker was removed, the radioactivity of the labeled antibody bonded through human pH is measured. As a measuring method, a usual radioactive immunoassay is used and a standard curve is formed from numerical values with respect to the standard solution and human pH in the specimen is quantified from said curve.
