Abstract:
To provide a method for recovering aluminum by which the aluminum can be reused by profitably recovering from a product composed of iron and aluminum such as steel can.
After crushing used beverage cans, the crushed cans are charged into a heatable aluminum recovering apparatus, and aluminum is selectively melted and separated by heating and holding the temperature not lower than the melting point of aluminum and not higher than the melting point of the iron.
