Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide reduction of electricity charges in wastewater treatment facilities such as drainage facilities and wastewater treatment facilities, considering the fact that: electricity charges are high in the daytime and inexpensive at night; the inflow amount is large in the daytime, and there is little inflow at night; since a pump, a blower and the like are operated according to the inflow amount, it is high treatment cost from the viewpoint of maintenance management.SOLUTION: The operation of a wastewater treatment facility is shifted from the daytime zone to the nighttime zone where the electricity charge is low and the wastewater treatment is performed. An arbitrary time control circuit unit 1 storing a 24-hour TM 3 spuriously transmits an activation signal to a float switch circuit for activation of the existing float switch circuit to operate the pump at an arbitrary time. Setting the TM at night time makes it possible to shift to nighttime treatment. Also, operation during the peak time period is avoided to perform the wastewater treatment, and power consumption is dispersed and smoothed, and the electricity charges are reduced.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
