Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To use resources efficiently by mixing pelletized waste polyethylene pipes, low density polyethylene of specified MRF, and a calcium carbonate master batch uniformly in a specified ratio, and molding the mixture into a film at a specified temperature.
SOLUTION: Waste polyethylene pipe pellets is mixed with low density polyethylene of 0.2-0.8 MRF and a calcium carbonate master batch in sequence, and the mixture is uniformed. For example, 46.2wt.% of the pelletized waste of medium density polyethylene, 15.4wt.% of low density polyethylene of 0.5 MRF and 0.992 density, and 38.4wt.% of the calcium carbonate master batch are mixed uniformly, and the mixture is thermoformed at 200-210°C with an inflation film molding machine into a polyethylene film. The master batch is a mixture of 80%, of calcium carbonate and 20% of low density polyethylene.
