Abstract:

To provide a system capable of saving labor or the like of a user for bringing in a failed product and reducing costs or the like of a repairer for installing and maintaining a repair reception center by receiving a repair request of the failed product at each store of a retail store such as a convenience store on behalf of a seller or the repair reception center.

Repair request information necessary for the repair request of the failed product registered and sent to a sales management terminal 10 in reception of the repair request of the failed product from the user in each store of the retail store is sent and acquired through a network 100. On the basis of the acquired repair request information, information instructing a delivery company to deliver the failed product of each store to a predetermined delivery destination of the repairer is sent to a delivery division terminal 40 through the network. After finishing repair of the failed product, information instructing the delivery company to deliver the repaired product from the repairer to a store desired by the user for reception is sent to the delivery division terminal 40 through the network.
