PURPOSE: To provide a method resistant against a cancer to be without getting a cancer and, even if got a cancer, prolonging the life with keeping health or distinguishing the cancer.

CONSTITUTION: This method resistant against a cancer is to intake foods treated without the presence of additives and agrochemicals in good nutrition balance and to practice abdominal breathing and, further, to exclude intake of medicines except natural remedies. The foods to be taken contain the following groups A and B. The group A comprises fermented soybeans, CHIRIMEN (dried small fishes), powdery garlic, aloes and Japanese radishes, which are mashed and kneaded to make mixed foods. The group B comprises GASHINSAN (a kind of gastrointestinal medicines), seaweed powders, garlics and vinegar, which are mixed and kneaded to make mixed foods.
