Abstract:

PURPOSE: To provide a corrosion-proofing method of a distillation column in separating distillation of allyl chloride as a reactional product, unreacted propylene and hydrogen chloride as a byproduct from a gas produced by reaction between propylene and chlorine.
CONSTITUTION: In a method for separating, distillation of allyl chloride as the reactional product, unreacted propylene and hydrogen chloride as a byproduct from an uncondensed gas obtained by cooling a gas produced by reaction between propylene and chlorine, part of the in-column liquor is drawn from the lower part of the feed tiers of the distillation column, and the water contained in the liquor is removed and the liquor is then circulated into the distillation column.
