Abstract:

To provide a method for stabilizing α-amino acid amide in an aqueous solution.

An aqueous solution of α-amino acid amide is stored after adding an acid to the solution so as to adjust the pH to 3-8. Otherwise, the aqueous solution of α-amino acid amide is stored at a low temperature of ≤20°C.
