Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for satisfactory retaining amides having hair treatment effects on the hair.
SOLUTION: In treating human keratinous fibers, especially hair, (i) a gas containing steam and having at least 75°C temperature is brought to contact for ≤2 minutes with human keratinous fibers applied with a composition containing at least one amide having at least one aliphatic chain except copra- diethanolamide and (ii) the fibers thus treated, are cooled.
