Abstract:
The production of an inductive superconductor component comprises: (a) deposition of a stack (E) of alternate superconductor (C1) and insulating (C2) films; and (b) engraving of the stack in a manner to not allow it to exist at the sites where one wishes to implant an inductive component. Independent claims are also included for the following: (a) a system for the production of the inductive superconductor component; (b) an antenna device including the component; (c) a delay line device incorporating the component; and (d) a phase shifting radar device incorporating the component.
