Abstract:
To provide a micro component sheet structure capable of executing a unit process of large scale by a component of very small size.
This sheet structure is a single laminated body 1 comprising a plurality of independent sections of micro components 2, or is composed of a plurality of laminated bodies respectively having one or more sections of micro components. Each micro component or a plurality of similar micro components execute at least one unit operation. The first laminated body having the plurality of similar first micro components is combined with at least a second laminated body having a plurality of similar second micro components, and executes at least two unit operations to achieve the system operation.
