Title:
MICROMOTOR
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3541436
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To reduce the fixing space by eliminating a base for connecting a lead wire with a feeder terminal having diameter larger than the outer diameter of a frame, and to prevent discontinuity of a thin lead wire at the time of handling thereof by confining the thin lead wires within the frame.
CONSTITUTION: In a frame 4 made of a polymer synthetic resin, a rotor 1 having a film magnet is disposed oppositely to a magnetic pole 7 applied with a coil 8 of thin wire. A yoke 5 fixed with the magnetic pole 7 comprises a magnetic layer of yoke material, an insulating layer 23 formed on the side opposite to the magnetic pole fixing face, and a metal layer 24 patterned on the outside of the insulating layer according to the magnetic pole. A through hole is made at a position of the yoke 5 corresponding to the magnetic pole and a conductive filler 11 is coupled with the metal layer 24.
