To provide a technique that can reduce the risk of contamination.SOLUTION: Provided is a microparticle measurement device that comprises at least: a relay unit that enables communication between a flow path, through which microparticles flow, and a cleaning liquid storage unit; a sheath liquid tube that connects the flow path and a sheath liquid storage unit; and a cleaning liquid tube that connects the relay unit and the cleaning liquid storage unit.
