Abstract:
To provide a micropump of small parts number, excellent dimensional accuracy and long service life which can feed even the fluid of high viscosity or feed the fluid even through a small flow passage.
This micropump has a housing part and a rotor part. The rotor part has a rotor, a movable vane, and a spring to connect the rotor to the movable vane. The rotor, the movable vane, and the spring are integrated with each other. A leaf spring is preferable for the spring to be used.
