Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide an MID two shot molding method, by which a molded article having enhanced adhesion between the interfaces of a primary molded article and of a secondary molded article can be obtained.
CONSTITUTION: In the MID two shot molding method concerned, a primary molded article 11, on the outer surface of which a thin walled projection 12 is formed in first molding process. Next, by executing second molding process, a secondary molded article 13 is obtained. By the thin walled projection 12, the outer surface of the primary molded article and the secondary molded article portion are fused to each other.
