Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mirror finished surface board that is greatly improved in surface glossiness.SOLUTION: A melamine resin sheet having a thickness of 0.1 mm or more containing a melamine resin of 180 g/mor more, a mold release agent and a polishing agent is laminated on a surface of a board 11, a temperature is gradually increased to a preset temperature of 130°C or less in a liquefaction temperature range of a methylol melamine by a mirror heating plate, the temperature is maintained, a mirror melamine resin layer 12 having a thickness of 0.1 mm or more is then formed by gradually decreasing the temperature, the temperature of the melamine resin sheet is increased to the preset temperature in the range of 115°C to 125°C at the rate of increase in the range of 3.5°/minute to 4.5°/minute, the temperature is maintained for a predetermined period, and the temperature is then decreased at the rate of decrease in the range of 3.5°/minute to 4.5°/minute from the preset temperature to form the mirror melamine resin layer.
